9. No Guarantee of Results

While our technology and media relationships are designed to maximize performance, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., lead volume, call volume, conversion rates). Performance varies based on client budget, industry, offer, market demand, and external factors beyond our control.

 

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, TX .

 

12. SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

a. Program Description

ProfitFuel.ai offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program") that provides subscribers with service updates, promotional content, and lead engagement via SMS or MMS messages. Participation is completely voluntary.

 

b. User Opt-In

By opting into the Program through a web form, SMS keyword, AI demo interaction, or other means, you authorize ProfitFuel.ai to send you recurring text messages at the number you provided. These messages may include promotional offers, updates, and follow-ups.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

 

c. User Opt-Out

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

e. Data Collection and Use

Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier network availability and system limitations. ProfitFuel.ai is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to technical issues or carrier restrictions.

 

g. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Program. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

 

13. Changes to Terms
